New ‘Stranger Things’ Clip Teases Return of Major Character
It’s now been almost two years since the last season of Stranger Things was released. The hit Netflix series has turned into one of their most popular properties and fans are desperate for a new season. They’ve dropped little teasers here and there for season four but not too much to go off of.
On Thursday, the Stranger Things social media decided to release another little teaser with the caption “Eleven, are you listening?”

The clip appears to be teasing a flashback featuring Matthew Modine’s Dr. Brenner. The character was killed at the end of the first season so it’s unlikely this is anything other than a flashback that will give Eleven more backstory. While fans are chomping at the bit to see the newest season, it’s not likely to come out until 2022 so there’s still a lot of time to wait. It’s interesting that they’ve waited so long as the cast mostly features young actors. Many of the actors have aged since the last season aired. If you saw Godzilla vs. Kong, you already know that Millie Bobbie Brown looks a lot older than she did when she first started on the show. It will be interesting to see how they address this issue.
