EA Sports Announces Return of Popular Franchise After Long Hiatus

College football fans have woken up to exciting news as EA Sports made a surprising morning announcement on their Twitter.  On Tuesday, February 2nd, the company revealed that it plans to revive its popular college football video game franchise for Next Generation consoles. The last college football game to be released by EA Sports was “NCAA Football 14” back in 2013. Tuesday morning’s announcement brings an end to an almost eight-year hiatus.

Though no further information has been revealed so far, it’s safe to say that college football fans and video game fans alike are excited for the newest entry in the beloved franchise.
