Thousands React to ‘Unrecognizable’ Photo of Leonardo DiCaprio in New Film
Today in hilarious news headlines, the New York Post is taking a beating. For those of you who don’t know, Leonardo DiCaprio has a new film coming out with Martin Scorsese titled Killers of the Flower Moon. The movie will be DiCaprio’s return to westerns after two successful attempts at the genre in Django Unchained and The Revenant. Considering this next venture will be a Scorsese film, it’s probably going to be great.
What isn’t great is how the New York Post decided to present the first look of the film on Twitter.

The problem with the tweet is that they claim that DiCaprio looks “unrecognizable.” Unless he’s actually playing that bowl in the foreground, the guy on the right certainly looks a lot like Leonardo DiCaprio. Who knows, maybe that’s Dane DeHann on the right and DiCaprio is actually playing the woman on the left. That would certainly qualify as “unrecognizable.” Unfortunately for the New York Post, that isn’t the case. Tens of thousands of people have responded to the tweet in a hilarious fashion.

What makes this endlessly hilarious is that there is nothing in the photo that suggests Dicaprio is showing off a new look. He doesn’t even have a damn beard. Gotta love the New York Post for this one.
